Terms of Service

By creating an AETHER account you agree to these terms. AETHER is a software tool licensed to you personally; you may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the client for commercial purposes.

License

A valid license is bound to one active machine at a time. You may unbind and rebind within the rebind budget on your dashboard. Circumventing the license mechanism or sharing a key across users is grounds for revocation without refund.

Usage

AETHER automates account creation and monitoring for retail platforms. You are responsible for compliance with the terms of the retailers you interact with. AETHER does not process payments on your behalf and does not access or store payment methods for you.

Beta

The beta channel is free and provided as-is with no warranty. Features may break, change, or be removed. Paid tiers, when available, carry the SLA and refund policy stated at time of purchase.

Refunds

Paid tiers offer refunds within 7 days of purchase, provided the license has not been bound and no automation tasks have executed against it. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
